YOGA

Yoga is for everyone who wants to get in better physical shape and at the same time needs calm and presence.
Great emphasis is placed on everyone being able to participate using aids and with differentiated teaching.
The goal is to get to know his body by performing various yoga exercises, with the challenges and limitations that may be.
The mind must train acceptance and patience in every single exercise, which will quietly also propagate itself in all other aspects of life.

HOT yoga + 37 gr.

IN  HOT yoga, we work with calm and gentle movements with a focus on relieving joint and back pain as well as the stiffness that comes with age.

The infrared heat dilates the outer blood vessels, providing relief and healing to muscles and damaged tissue. The increased blood circulation removes waste products and delivers oxygen-enriched blood to the muscles. Infrared heat therapy is also used to treat patients with arthritis and muscle disorders.
